Bazcode is where developers sell digital products — from Telegram bots to scripts and plugins — with licensing, payments, and delivery handled for you. These terms keep the marketplace fair for buyers and sellers. They are short and worth reading.

1. Using Bazcode

By signing up or using Bazcode, you accept these terms. If anything is unclear, open a ticket before you proceed — we are happy to explain.

2. What is Bazcode?

We are an online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Bazcode does not create or own seller products. Each seller is responsible for their own product, and we are here to help when issues arise.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy or sell. Keep your login details private. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us via ticket immediately so we can investigate.

4. For sellers

Thank you for selling on Bazcode. Please note:

• Only list products you built or are authorized to sell — respect intellectual property.
• Write honest, complete product descriptions so buyers know exactly what they get.
• Reply to buyer messages and tickets in a reasonable time — timely support builds trust.
• If you discontinue a product, notify existing buyers in advance.

Products that violate these rules may be suspended pending review.

5. For buyers

A few things to keep in mind:

• Purchased products are for your own use — do not copy or redistribute them.
• Respect any license or usage limits set by the seller.
• Reverse engineering products is not allowed unless explicitly permitted.

6. Pricing, payments & commission

Prices may be shown in local currency or USD depending on the site. Bazcode charges a commission on each successful sale — see the Sell on Bazcode page for current rates. The remainder is credited to your wallet after commission.

7. Refunds

Full details are on our Refund policy page. In short:

• Hosted bot subscriptions: If there is an unresolved technical issue within the first 72 hours, you may request a review.
• Downloadable products: Digital files cannot be returned automatically after delivery; if there is a genuine problem, our team will review the case.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled securely. See our Privacy policy for how we collect and use information.

9. Product use & liability

Bazcode is a platform connecting sellers and buyers — we do not produce the products sold.

How you use any product — Telegram bot, script, plugin, or other software — is entirely your responsibility. Unauthorized, illegal, or harmful use is not attributable to Bazcode, and we accept no liability for such use.

Because products are made by independent sellers, Bazcode is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or harm caused by third-party products. Our direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

10. Off-platform transactions

All purchases, payments, and financial agreements must go through Bazcode only. The following may result in suspension or permanent ban:

• Offering or accepting direct payment outside Bazcode for listed products
• Sharing contact details to complete a sale off-platform
• Redirecting buyers to other sites or channels to complete a purchase

Use the ticket system for support — conversations are logged. Seller contact details are shown to buyers only after purchase, for technical support.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
